2007 Merit Award winner in the design details/finishes category of the REX awards for Remodeling EXcellence!

Our client had a vision for a colorful polished concrete mantel and fireplace, but just didn't seem to get around to doing it.

We worked with a trade specialist and artisan to design and fabricate the pieces, and we engineered a way to install them with minimal disruption. 

After weeks of planning, color selection, sample approvals, and fabrication, two heavy units were ready to install.  Two men mananged to transport them to the home, (carefully) install the units, fasten them in place, and finish them with a bead of caulk. 

This dramatic focal point exceeded the homeowner's expectations, and only took a morning!
