Our clients had a vision for the odd nook at the top of their stairs.  But the space wasn't big enough for the bathroom they wanted.

So we added a dormer, which involved beefing up the framing all the way down to the foundation.  Finding a route for the plumbing drains was a challenge, too.

When we were done, our clients had a huge, spa-like shower in a warm and functional bathroom.

This project was recognized as the best bathroom over $75,000 in the 2008 BIAW REX awards.
