We are remodelers, not home builders.  But when our client bought a tear-down, he asked us to build his family's new house.  "You're my contractor", he said.  How could we refuse?

We worked with him to create a beautiful home on a relatively modest budget.  It turned out beautifully - and then we went back to remodeling.
